There are people out there that worry about the level of support they’ll receive when they get started in a business opportunity such as Empower Network.
Heck, you might even be one of those people.
Maybe you’ve been part of an opportunity in the past that didn’t really work out, and you blame it on the support you didn’t receive.
Well, first off, get that out of your head. If you fail, it’s nobody’s fault but your own….
If you’re one of the millions of entrepreneur minded individuals in this world looking for a home based business, I have some advice to give you that you’ll want to listen to.
So before you say ‘Yes’ to joining just any business, read on!
Here we go….
When a person starts a home based business, what is their primary objective? Ninety percent of the time, I’m willing to bet that their objective is to make some money!
Wouldn’t you agree?
Sure, some people dive into a home business because they like the product, but anyone who is interested in the business aspect of a home business is interested in making some green. That’s mostly what business is all about. It’s about making a dollar, and then turning those dollars into more dollars.
I’m not sure this is it for you, but one of the main reasons people get cold feet is because of the whole, “fear of the unknown” factor.
They just don’t know what they’d be doing once they get started in an opportunity like this….
….mostly because they’ve never done anything like this before!
So, if I outlined my typical DAILY schedule for you, would that change things for you?
If you did EXACTLY what I do on a daily basis, this is what you’d be doing….
In all my vast experience as an entrepreneur, I definitely have not “done it all.” There are still a plethora of ideas stored inside a secret folder in my head which, one day, I’ll explore. But as of right now, a common phrase keeps coming to mind, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” Meaning, the home business I’m in is working, and working well….why change it.
And for that reason, I haven’t branched out a whole lot to other ventures. I try not to be too A.D.D. when it comes to business, because what I’ve noticed, is the more I try to do, the less I really get accomplished. So, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
However, for those of you who still want to work from home, yet have no desire to build a team, or anything similar, there are other ways, through the internet, to make a buck or two.
Making a career change can sometimes feel like jumping from one side of the Grand Canyon to the other. Leaving the familiar, or the things you’re in the habit of doing every day, can be a little uncomfortable, especially if you’ve been doing those things for a long period of time.
Those of you who have recently gone through a career change know what I’m talking about. It can be tough, but we have to be honest with ourselves, it would probably be tougher having to endure a lifetime without the career change!
So instead of submitting ourselves to a lifetime of misery, doing something that brings absolutely zero satisfaction, changing careers is the only course of action to take.
But when most people think of a career change, they’re thinking of changing from one job to the next. I recently had a conversation with a neighbor of mine who is sick and tired of his current career as a teacher. Part of his desire for change is his current income and long term earning potential. So naturally, he’s looking into his career change options, and this is a prime example. He’s considering going back to school to become a nurse. So his outlook on changing careers involves jumping from one job into another.
