Flourishing International Markets: Europe, Australia and North America

December 4th, 2009

International ExpansionI just got off a conference call with leaders based in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States and the list could go on and on, where we discussed a plan of action to propel not only this opportunity, but the entire industry of direct sales. Topic of discussion was creating more unity between the leadership of this opportunity that will allow us all to work more closely with each other and inspire a much larger team environment. With advancements in technology, our international business capabilities just increase and the income opportunity we offer is becoming streamlined.

Flourishing International Markets

For those of you looking for a truly unique, international income opportunity, now is the time to get involved. Our company originated right here in Arizona and within the last few years has gone completely international. We have customers and distributors in over 150 countries worldwide and growing. The areas that have experienced the most growth have been Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Canada, the US and coming up in the wings is South Africa.

The beautiful thing about this business is the fact that your income is not dependent on your local economy. In fact, I rarely even speak to people in my own zip code. I get calls from all over North America, Germany, the UK, all over Africa, India, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, and I think you all get the point. Our business is creating wealth from home by using a simple way for average people to offer the best products in Personal Development, Positive Media and Entrepreneur Education.

Look for updates on future documentaries put out by our company. We are going to be the source that truly changes the face of this planet and I am proud to be part of it.

Are You an Industry Leader?

September 14th, 2009

Why is it that Coke always out performs Pepsi and, during this new economy, Ford remains stable while Chevy struggles? What is it that separates these amazing companies and why is it that Pepsi will never capsize Coke and why Chevy will never be better than Ford? It has some to do with the products but not as much as you would think. It has a lot to do with which company established their role as the leader in the industry first. Coke came before Pepsi and Ford came before Chevy. They set the standard first and have remained as the industry leader since.

After Coke came about, others tried to copy or out-do it. The same for Ford, others tried to make better trucks. The industry leader always remains the same.

So how do you know if you are an industry leader?

Here are a few ways to know that you are a leader in your niche, or industry.

  1. Others copy you in attempts to make things “Better!”
  2. Others are constantly talking about you.
  3. You have both positive and negative publicity.
  4. When you make a change, everyone notices. When someone else makes a change outside of your company, you have no idea!
  5. Chances are, you were the first in YOUR niche to begin with!

The leader is the pace setter and the reason others will do great. They set the standard. Others will come and will attempt to out do and over perform, but it just won’t happen. The only way to dethrone an industry leader is self-sabotage. So as long as the industry leader is evolving and growing, it will continue to thrive as the leader in its niche.

I am with an industry leader in positive media and Personal Development. We were the first in our niche, we set the standard and will continue to thrive, in the lead. Others mimic, talk, hate, love and notice our every move. That’s what happens! If you are creating some waves, that’s a good thing, as long as your intentions are good. It’s difficult to be noticed while crawling around on ground-level. If you’re at the top, everybody can see you. That’s where we are. A beacon for entrepreneur minded people looking for their ticket to time freedom and financial abundance. We’re changing the world one entrepreneur at a time and will continue to do so as the leader in our niche.

We Expand or Die!

August 3rd, 2009

Roman ColoseumI have always had a huge interest in the Roman Empire. I don’t know if that interest came after watching “Gladiator” or if it is something I have always had an interest for. What an insane time to live on earth! The more I look into it, there was very little individual moral value, very little trust and a lot of death! It seems that the only way for the Roman empire to survive was to constantly expand. The people thrived on it and from some of my reading, it kept order in the empire.

Now, I don’t know if this is an actual quote from a Roman Emperor or not, but I thought it was profound. I first heard this while watching a movie, believe it or not! I swear, sometimes I wonder about myself. At times, all I speak in is movie quotes. Maybe I should just invent a new language called Hollywood! The quote was spoken by the character who played Octavius in “Night at the Museum.” He said, “We Expand or Die!”

Now the translation for the time of the Romans was to explore new lands and conquer. Power, wealth and death are the key benefits of that sort of expanding. For the Romans, it was a way of life.

“We expand or die!” The same can be said of us today except we must expand in a different way. We must expand individually. What happens to someone who chooses not to expand themselves? And no I’m not talking about physically! Nobody wants to be a walking blimp! I’m talking about our learning, our knowledge, our experience and our minds. We must expand in order to truly live. Someone who fails to grow, fails. We are all given life so that we can truly live. Living is learning and we learn by doing. Starting from birth we are born to grow, physically and mentally. Our bones grow and our muscles grow. Something is seriously wrong if they don’t. Our minds too, are meant to grow and expand. What is a cell phone without cell phone service? A waste! So are we unless we choose to expand our minds. Someone going through life, not fulfilling their true potential, is struggling against their natural inheritance. Everything about our existence is about thriving and learning to the absolute best of our abilities!

We Expand or Die!

The way to expand is through Personal Development, experiences, knowledge and learning. It is a continual process. The other day my daughter told me she wanted to become an athlete when she was a teenager. That question led into a conversation of what it would take to become an athlete. I reminded her of our last hike we had and how it wasn’t so easy. She complained almost the entire hike. After our conversation, she realized that the hard things make her stronger and the moment she stops doing those things is the moment she will get further and further from her desire of being an athlete. It’s a continual process.

Consistency brings results. Sparsity brings struggle. Doing nothing brings nothing. The moment we stop expanding is the moment we truly do die!

30 Day Early to Rise Challenge

June 5th, 2009

Hawaii

For the next 30 days I am going to take a challenge to arise before the sun does. Why am I doing this? Well, there are multiple reasons.

First, I am a father of three girls all under the age of 8 and for the most part, the only “Me” time I get is early in the morning. I use this time to educate myself. I once read a quote by Mark Twain, “Don’t let schooling interfere with your education.” If I am not learning, I am wasting my life away doing nothing. What good am I and what difference can I make in the world if I am not making a difference in my life. Educate yourself! Learn as much as you can. As you do, apply it and use it to serve and inspire others.

Second, there is a power spoken of in ancient scripture about arising early. I certainly don’t write all these blog posts just to write them. I do it to teach people what I have learned. Scriptures were written to teach wisdom. Amazingly enough, the principles taught thousands of years ago still work today, and may even be working better today than then. Just as I write, they have written, with the intent for others to read. Scripture reads, “Retire to thy bed early, that ye may not be weary; arise early, that your bodies and your minds may be invigorated.”

Third, I take a moment every morning to express my gratitude for all that I have and know. This is actually the first thing I do every morning. Unless I am grateful for what I currently have, I will never be blessed with more. As I take the time to think of all the abundance in my life, more abundance is added to it throughout the day.

Fourth, I set goals in the morning and come up with some of my best ideas. My mind is rested and fresh. Ideas just pour in like rain in the morning time. It is a self mastery period for me. Visualizing, goal setting, thinking of ways to improve, saying affirmations and setting courses of action for the day are a few of the things I do. For all you fisherman, remember, the big fish are always caught in the morning!

During this challenge I will think of 5 new ideas that will move me toward my goals, every morning. At the end of 30 days, I will have a ton of new ideas to work with, of which, many will already be put into action. I will have my journal on hand to keep record of these ideas as they come to me. I challenge each of you to do the same.

Think about the power that comes with arising early on your own terms. What I mean by, “your own terms,” is doing it not because you have to, but because you choose to. If you are employed and are compelled to get up before the sun does, wake up a little earlier on your own terms. Claim victory on your day instead of giving credit to someone else or doing it because you have to. It will change your outlook. I promise.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but I love getting up early. I love it even more than sleeping in, but it can be hard, if you’re not in the habit of doing it. Once that habit is created, it is as easy as brushing your teeth every morning. So starting tomorrow, June the 6th 2009, I’ll beat the sun up.

If you’d like to take this challenge along with me, congratulations! Let me know your thoughts and experiences! See you in the morning!

Personal Development and Children

June 4th, 2009

KylaHave I ever told you all how much I love what I do? Well, I do and here’s one of the many reasons why. Today, as Amy and I were driving our girls to swimming lessons, I told Amy of something I overheard my oldest daughter say. This last weekend, we had a huge family fishing trip. My brother and sister came up with their families and we had an absolute blast and caught a ton of fish. Well, as they were all leaving my home, my oldest daughter decided to tell everyone that we were moving to California.

I had no idea she was doing this. My sister was the first one to come up and ask if we were really moving to California. I said, “no,” and asked her why. She then told me that my oldest daughter had been spreading the news. So, on the way to swim lessons I told Amy what had happened and my oldest daughter overheard our conversation and decided to explain herself. She told me that we were moving to California. I said, “Well, maybe we could just go stay in California for a week. How’s that?” She said, “Nope! I have been meditating about it and we are going to move to California!”

Wow! I was entirely impressed with her. She is deciding her future by preplanning it in her mind. Now, I know that all kids dream about things. That’s just something kids do and they believe they can be and do anything. Well, that’s true! But she was actually visualizing what she wanted to happen and is completely convinced that it will.

It is cool to see the principles Amy and I use on a daily basis being picked up by our children. Visualization is something I do every morning, day and night. It is my planning time. It’s the only way that I or anyone else can see the future and my kids are learning this stuff. Sure, we attempt to teach them to the best of our abilities, but it is great to see them putting it to use.

Being involved in the Personal Development industry has been a blessing to Amy and I and to our entire family. It has influenced our children, our parents and siblings. If you think that improving yourself will only improve you….Think again! It will effect everyone around you, and by effecting them, it will effect many others in a positive way as well. So when they say, “Improve yourself, improve your world,” it’s true beyond comprehension.

Simply by improving myself, my bank account grows, my business flourishes and my family is strengthened. If you want to know the secret to my success, that’s it. Personal Development!

So the best way to make a difference, in not just your little world, but the entire globe, is by improving yourself. The rest will fall into place!

Top 10 Limiting Beliefs of Prosperity

March 4th, 2009

beliefThere are certain limiting beliefs that we all have grown to learn, whether forced to learn or picked up along our journey in life that act as a wall, or a block to success. These beliefs might have come from our parents while in our childhood. They could have been ingrained because of something that happened to or around us. These beliefs may have even been learned by watching TV or going to school. Wherever they may have originated they are limiting, restrictive and extremely harmful to excelling and experiencing a life of pure freedom.

I have compiled a list of ten of the top limiting beliefs that have plagued the minds of people around the globe and have limited their abilities. Now, since I teach people how to create wealth in a Home Business, these are limiting beliefs that would block success and prosperity.

  1. The belief that you don’t deserve wealth, abundance and prosperity, or a good life, or all that you have wanted.
  2. The belief that you are not worth the amount of wealth or success you desire.
  3. The belief that you have to choose between two of your wants or goals and that you can’t have it all.
  4. The belief that the way to get ahead is “by the sweat of your brow.” This is an old timer belief. Hard work doesn’t necessarily include long hours. It means focus and leverage!
  5. The belief that you can only make good money in a good economy or in the perfect conditions.
  6. The belief that someone else who has the results you want is any different or any more deserving than you. The only difference is time and knowledge. Wealth and success is not for everyone else, it is for you! You deserve to be rich and successful just as much as the David Allreds, the Donald Trumps and the Michael Jordans of this world.
  7. The belief that bad things always happen to you or that nothing good or spectacular will ever happen to you.
  8. The belief that the way your parents created success is the way you are going to create your success. Sometimes the way to get ahead in life is to get a good education, find a good job and work until retirement. This is not always the right choice. Just ask the door greeter at Walmart! Most pensions and retirement plans are not worth twenty or thirty years of your life!
  9. The belief that your circumstance or background dictates who you are. Just because your parents are poor, their parents were poor, and their parents’ parents were poor does not mean that you will be. Your stars are never permanent. They can be created or changed to your liking!
  10. The belief that there is only so much money in the world and the poor are poor because the wealthy people have all the money.

There you have it. My top ten. If there are any others you feel I missed, I would like to hear about them. Also, expect me to elaborate over the next week or two on each of these and why they are so harmful to your successful mindset!
