It’s not enough just to be on the right Track! You must have Personal Development!

September 20th, 2007

You may have heard of the old saying, there is no such thing as standing still, either you are moving forward or you are moving backwards. The fact of the matter is, if you are not moving forward in some way with your life, your business, or your personal growth, others are passing you by. You can’t win a race by just looking good in those new running shoes while standing on the track. Yeah, you’ve made it to the right track but now what? That brings up another good quote by Will Rogers: “Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.” I like it blunt. You will get smeared all over the train tracks if you are not moving as fast or faster then the train behind you. I Love it!

This is life guys. The same exact thing happens except it is more devastating in our every day lives. The consequences are much greater if we are standing still everyday, or should I say, moving backwards. Yeah, on a railroad track you will just die……..dramatic right? But if you are not progressing in your life, who else is not progressing because of your lack to do so? Your kids? Your income? Your spouse? Think about all of your posterity from now until the end of time, what will they turn out to be like? Your progress in life includes and effects so much more than you can comprehend. It is not enough to just be on the right track. You must be moving in the right direction and with intention. So much is at stake!

Whether you know it or not, but any degree of success you will achieve in your life involves some sort of personal development. It is the key to growth and improvement. It is what gives you the raise, or the increased value in your life. It will make the difference in every situation you are faced with, whether it be trials or good times. Personal Development ranges from loosing weight to obtaining that millionaire mindset. Your bank account grows through personal development and you get into great shape the same way. Improve your mindset and you have taught yourself how to fish instead of expecting a handout for your daily meal. Every successful person will have a library of personal development books and a grateful heart for all they have learned by reading those books.

Personal development is a huge industry. Many a millionaire have been created in this industry. I can show you a business opportunity that is creating millionaires. Visit Create Financial Wealth for more information.

Our Deepest Fear is that we are Powerful!

September 18th, 2007

I just watched the movie ‘Coach Carter’ the other night. Good show! I could pick a ton of things in that movie that deal directly with this business opportunity and success in general. For example, the Principle of Redmond High School didn’t have very high expectations of her kids. The odds of graduation were below 50%. Kids and Adults alike perform to the extent they are expected to. In this home business, if I expected doubt, insecurity, and failure from the individuals I mentor, that is exactly what I would get. I expect power, confidence, leadership, and success from those I mentor and in turn, I get it. You respect those who expect the most out of you!

Very good movie. Watch it when you get the chance. Here is a quote from the movie…enjoy.

Our biggest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant,
or gorgeous
or talented
or fabulous?

Actually, who are you NOT to be?
You are a child of God.
You playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us; it’s in every one of us.
And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear of our own excellence,
our presence automatically liberates others.
And excellence becomes the standard of all our lives.

“Bless that which you want.” – Huna Philosophy

August 27th, 2007

Huna PhilosphyHave you ever seen a car you want drive by and park close to where you’re at, and when the person gets out of the car, you feel a little resentment towards that person? Has that ever happened to you? Or, if and when you were single, you saw this beautiful woman in a restaurant sitting alone and right before you make your move, her husband or boyfriend walks up and sits down and the same thing happens, you hate the guy for having the girl? Why is it natural for most human beings to feel resentment or hatred towards those who have nice or attractive things and people in their lives?

I know I used to be guilty of this. I had to learn that if I ever expected to have those things in my life, that I would have to shift my way of thinking. If there is a person that is having great results in business, better than my results, I had to learn to be happy and excited for that person instead of feeling jealousy and envy for what he has. In Huna Philosophy, which is better known as Hawaiian spiritualism, it is understood that when you see something you want, bless it and bless that person who has it. If it is that new car you desire, bless that car and bless the person driving it. If it is the beautiful woman you want, bless her beauty and bless the man beside her. By doing this, you attract these things into your life. The more jealousy and resentment you have toward the things you desire, the less likely it is that you will have those things. It all plays a role in how your subconscious views those things. If your mind relates those negative emotions in connection with the things you want, it will steer clear. Make sense?

So, whenever you see the nice boat, the rich guy, the great house or all the free time someone has, bless whatever it is that person has that you desire and bless that person for having it. Apply this principle and 90% of the stress in your life with disappear and you will find those things starting to flow into your life as well.

Everything is Created Twice!

August 13th, 2007

I have traveled around the world and have seen many spectacular structures, animals and things with all kinds of unique designs and shapes. From the Sydney house to the Eiffel Tower to the Golden Gate Bridge to Trump Tower, everything was created before it was created. Everything is created twice. Before it was ever created in reality it was created in someone’s mind. Without creating something first in your mind it would never be able to come to fruition in reality.

Everything is Created Twice!

Have you ever had a dream or envisioned something that you wanted to happen in your life? Have you ever dreamed of starting a business opportunity that would assist you in becoming rich or get that promotion or raise that you have been looking for? While still single, did you ever build your perfect companion before he or she even came into your life? You see, everything in your life right now was created by you. Your life is truly an open book with many, many blank pages waiting to be filled by you with the creation of your life story. Think it up, get off your butt and make it happen. That is what it takes. The Law of Attraction only works for those who first, think and focus on their dreams, second, take action towards those dreams, third, learn to have fun and enjoy the reality of those dreams in their lives.

We have created many things in our lives and continue to create new things. We have had many goals which we have visualized happening before they actually happen. I had a visualization of receiving the rising star award for my results in this company. The only thing different than the way I envisioned it was that I received the award from a different person, but it still happened. I had to create that in my life and in my business in my mind first, then I had to take the action to go and get it.

Life is rich and rewarding when you are a student to controlling your own mind and thoughts. This is done through Personal Development. Personal Development and achieving wealth is what I specialize in. I may not know everything but I do know how to create a rewarding and abundant life through this business opportunity. Create your ultimate lifestyle, and then get started on creating it in reality!

Your thoughts are not you!

August 3rd, 2007

Thoughts! What are they and do they effect who you are and who you become? Thoughts are matter. They are energy and are created by your conscious and subconscious mind. They are recollections of past events, people, stories, fiction, fact, you name it and you can think it up. Thoughts are very important however to action. As we all know, any kind of action first must start with a thought. Thoughts lead to actions, actions lead to results. If you look at it that way, that all of our actions are governed by what we think, that makes what we think so much more than just merely a thought. It is a blueprint!

The important thing to realize is that thoughts are not part of you. They are not you nor do they govern you. You still have the free enterprise of choice. You can choose to entertain a thought and force it into action or you can discard it. That is still your option. The trick is to figure that out and realize that you can control what thoughts are you.

For example, in the industry of Direct Sales it is very easy to get discouraged by thinking that you are not having the results you had expected. Now, is that you? Is that who you want to be? Do you want to be a dicouraged person who is not experienciing results in your business, depressed all the time and broke? No! Of course not. So this is where self-disipline comes in. That is just a thought that was followed by a feeling. The longer you allow that feeling to stay, the more it will stick and come back again. Discarding a thought has to be immediate. Do not let it dwell in your mind or your subconscious will start to accept that thought as belief and engrain it into your decision making processes.

Realize now that you are very powerful and in control of your future and who you are. Thoughts are floating amidst the breeze and will come into your mind every second of every day. It is important and vital to your success that you only entertain those thoughts that empower you. That is who you are! Know what thoughts make you…….YOU, and who you want to become.

It’s what you are….not what you’re not!

July 16th, 2007

Thoughts are amazing aren’t they? Your mind can think of literally thousands of thoughts at any given moment. You have thoughts when you sleep. Your mind is always running, soaking things in like a sponge. While doing this, it takes in things that you want and also some things that you don’t want. Now, those thoughts are in there. It is up to you to control what you think about from that point on. They say that who you are, or in other words, your character is measured by what your everyday average thoughts and actions are. What do you think about all day long, or just occasionally? Are your thoughts productive or a waste of the effort and time it took to come up with it? The easy part about that is…..you already know the answer to that question. The hard part is…..are you willing to change it? That, my friend, is what you are.

If you continue in idle thoughts, you limit your growth. Unproductive thinking is the root of failure. Napoleon Hill titled his book “Think and grow rich.” I highly doubt he meant idle thinking. Whether or not you grow rich and successful is all dependent on your level of productive thinking. That is directly tied to your desire to think productively. If you have no desire then you will never become successful and rich. So you see it is very simple, but not easy. The secret to all wealth and success is right inside you. You must make a choice to only listen to the productive thoughts in your head, and to discard the rest. You are powerful. You have more potential than what you are performing at. You just have to learn to train your mind and think differently.

I am so inspired by movies. The drama and action wrapped up into a plot….it all just sucks me in. We just watched Harry Potter at the theatre. What a movie. I enjoyed the whole thing. For Harry, his struggle through the entire show was in his own mind. He was having trouble descerning who he really was. He had evil and distructive thoughts as well as good and uplifting ones. At the end, he had to make a choice. If he dwelled on the evil thoughts, he would have died. But an outside source helped him realize who he was. It is who you are that you must focus on, not who you are not. You get more of what you think about and focus on. So who are you? Are you someone who dwells on what could have happened or who you used to be, or, are you that person who knows who you are? Catch that vision and run with it! Your life will be full of joy and excitement!
