How to get results! Why does doing the easy things matter?

January 22nd, 2008

Why, if you take a look at people who were all exposed to the same things in life, do they all have different results? You will find that some of them are now very successful, some of them are mildly successful and some have not experienced any level of success. What is the difference between the person and the result if they were all exposed to the same opportunities? Why does one person have success while the others will never experience that level of accomplishment?

Some people have success while others don’t because the successful one made the simple choice to do the easy things in life while the other found in easy not to do those things. The successful person read those personal development books while it was easy for the other person to not read those books. The successful person did what he was supposed to be doing out of integrity while the other person found it easy to lie a little and cheat. The successful person decided to apply simple practices into his life such as mediation, goal setting and visualization while the other person decided to watch TV. You see, these are all simple things, but yet so easy to not do. The list can go on!

Chances are, the unsuccessful person knows that he should be doing more with his life than what he is doing, but fails to take action and do them. “Not doing the things we know we should do causes us to feel guilty and guilt leads to an erosion of self-confidence. As our self-confidence diminishes, so does the level of our activity. And as our activity diminishes, our results inevitably decline. And as our results suffer, our attitude begins to weaken. And as our attitude begins the slow shift from positive to negative, our self-confidence diminishes even more… and on and on it goes.” -Jim Rohn.

So you see, do what you know you should be doing. It has a greater effect on your results than you truly realize.

A Pine amongst the Junipers!

January 5th, 2008

Have you ever heard of the metaphor of the cows and Rhinos? Or maybe a more familiar term would be an employee or an entrepreneur? Whatever it might be, the comparison between the two is what i would like you to take a look at. What do cows do? They follow the leader, they stay within the fence, they graze all day and are content with that life. Rhinos on the other hand are the opposite, they are leaders, they stray away from the heard, they are independent, they are free and wild animals.

Employees are the same as cows in most circumstances. They are told what to do, kept within boundaries, follow the leader, and most of the time, feel they are stuck and may be content with that kind of a life. Entrepreneurs on the other hand, complete opposite. Anyway, you get the point. Cows may want to be Rhinos, but they can’t, because they are cows. People, on the other hand, are not creatures of habit. You can do whatever you want. That is what makes us special and unique.

Take a look at this picture. I would like to use this as an example of my point. Look at this Ponderosa Pine in the midst of pine-in-the-junipers.bmpall the Juniper trees. Do you see how the Pine is trying to fit in. It knows it should be growing huge and tall but wants to look like the rest of the trees it is surrounded with. So instead it is getting wider instead of taller like it should.

Now, look at the potential of the Ponderosa Pine. It is one of the largest trees in the forest. I have seen them grow to widths of 6-8 feet growing over 80 feet tall, yet, this one tree living amongst the Junipers is barely 30 ft tall. It goes to prove, if you hang around the Junipers, you will become a Juniper. If you hang around the Ponderosa Pines, you will reach your full potential. You become who you hang around with. If you desire to be wealthy and successful, hang around those that are wealthy and successful. It isn’t rocket science folks. Get out of the limiting environment you may be in, get into a business opportunity ponderosa.jpgand be mentored by those who are what you want to become. Start living your life the way you want to live it. Realize what your full potential is and take action.

Knowledge is Power!

December 4th, 2007

Anyone who is anyone knows that knowledge is the source of all success! There is so much that I know that I know, and there is so much I know that I don’t know. But what about all the stuff I don’t know that I don’t know? Now, the stuff I don’t know that I don’t know is about 97% of all knowledge out there. The percentages are probably even higher than that but we will just generalize.

So, what percentage of all knowledge do successful people know and does it really matter and play a role in their success? I think it all depends. We all know that knowledge is power. We can safely say that if the world studies history it can avoid duplicating mistakes that have already happened in the past. By learning how someone else dhas messed up, we can in turn avoid committing the same mistakes by knowledge.

So there are two kinds of knowledge, practical vs impractical, applicable vs theoretical, action vs thought. Sure we all know that if you clean a sliding glass door all too well that you just may run smack into it of you are not careful and aware of it’s cleanliness, because you have done it before. Now that is practical. Impractical is, for instance in this business, learning to think like a leader, or to think as a millionaire, or understanding the law of attraction. Both practical and impractical play a huge role in obtaining that power that is spoken of.

You see, knowledge leads to thought, thought leads to action, and action leads to results. You always create everything you do in life twice, once in your head before you do it and then again practically as you do it.

In search for the right one, we waded through several business opportunities and found this one the most fulfilling for this one reason, it’s products. Our products take the law of attraction and put it into practical use. They take what knowledge we have and transform that knowledge in to energy, that energy into action and actions into results of wealth, happiness, and a life of endless possibilities. What more could you ask for? The only thing better, at least to me, would be that money would fall from the sky and I could gain knowledge by osmosis or direct upload. Wouldn’t that be ideal?

Knowledge is power, and a business with a system designed to create wealth and freedom by using that, is empowering!

Take a stand for yourself and someone else!

November 29th, 2007

How many people really just go through life like a feather in the wind or a boat lost at sea being tossed to and fro my every little breeze? What does that really mean? Well, it means that the majority of people are ok with the fact that they will never really make a huge difference in the world. Now, I am not saying that every person isn’t special, and loved, and needed. I am just saying that most people are willing to live a life for other people, not in a service kind of way, but rather in a slave kind of way. They just aren’t empowered to take a stand and life life on their own terms.

When I speak of taking a stand, when does a person finally do that for themselves? Or when do they do it for others? I think the answer is simple……when they are inspired to do so. Either that or they become so sick and tired of whatever they are sick an tired of, and finally take a stand for something. Now, I don’t really know how to inspire people to take a stand in their own lives except by setting the example by doing it in my own life. If I show them what is possible for them, they can be inspired. Example speaks a thousand times stronger then words. As Aerosmith says it….Walk this way!

I am always thinking of new and better ways I can assist new associates and business partners in seeing success, but the answer always comes back to the same thing…and that is to make as much money and have as much success as fast as I possibly can so that I can set the pace for others to follow. How will they know it is possible unless I show them. My goal is to make 100k in the month of December. Very do-able! Especially with this business opportunity! I am taking a stand for my family, myself, and everyone else who has a strong desire to take a stand in their own life. If you are ready to take that step, contact me and let’s get started!

You Must Be The Change!

November 9th, 2007

On a very limited basis do we eat Chinese food, but last night we decided to get some take out. The best parts were the egg rolls and the fortune cookies! Most of the fortunes were more weird than fortune. But I did get one that made some sense, “You must be the change you wish to see in the World.” You must be the change. There are two kinds of people, those who are changed and molded by the world and those who change and mold the world. You must be the change you wish to see in your life! You must be the change you wish to see in your business, in your income, in your children, in your marriage! It all starts with you. How do you change the things you wish to change?

First things first, it all starts with action. You have all heard of the biblical saying of faith without works in dead. Most of the world forgets this part. What? You mean I have actually walk to the fridge to get that coke? Yeah! That is the point. For change to happen, it takes first desire and then action towards that desire. The area that I learned to take action, and focussed action, was in the Personal Development industry. I have learned things about myself and my circumstance that I had no clue about. I have had so many “ahah” moments that they cannont be counted.

Personal Development is where change takes place, in you! So the saying goes, “You must be the change,” meaning, you must change before your World will. I like to thing of Personal Development as more of steeping into you greatest potential rather than changing. That is the bulk part of what happens but you are just realizing what is already within you and taking the necessary changes to become the ultimate you. So, change yourself and you change your World. You change how you see the world, how you operate in world, and how the world operates around you.

I have been in the personal development industry for several years now and have assisted many in changing their world through a business opportunity geared towards this very thing. Personal Development mingled with a million dollar business opportunity. Lives are being transformed. People are changing their worlds and are able to assist others in doing the same. Be the change you are looking for. Make it happen!

The World is a Crab Pod!

October 5th, 2007

Have you ever wondered how people catch crabs? Well, I never really did! I have however heard of how dangerous it is. If you have ever seen a crab pod or at least a picture of one, it is basically a big wire or rope cage with a hole in the top of it. The hole is pretty good sized as well! Now, what they do is they put bait inside the pod, drop it to the bottom of the ocean and wait for the crabs to crawl inside to get the bait. Now, I’ve never been fishing for crabs but I have been fishing for fish and had crawdads all over my bait as soon as it hits the bottom of the lake. It never fails!

So, the crabs will smell out the bait, crawl around the pod until they find the opening on the top, go inside the pod and start feasting on the bait. Well, more and more crabs start to come, of course, because they smell the bait and want a piece as well. Once the bait is gone, the crabs start to crawl out of the pod, but something happens inside the cage as they all, at once, start to climb out. When the ones that started to climb out first are close to getting to the top of the pod and to freedom, another crab from below will try to climb on that crabs back and will literally pull it back into the pod. As one starts to get higher, there is another crab crawling all over it to get to the top and they all end up falling back into the pod. The crabs will never get out of their captivity because they lack the capacity to work together, plus, they haven’t the slightest idea that they are all about to become a dinner plate.

I can’t tell you how many times some other crab in the crab pod has told my wife and I that we could not succeed! We would hear over and over again how we should give ourselves a backdoor, a date to quit! We have crabs from the pod who despise us because we drive nice cars, live in a big house, have money to spend freely, and have true joy because they lack the capacity to go and get it themselves. How many of you have listened to the other crabs in the pod or have been pulled back into captivity before? If you have been pulled down by another person, it is not because they care about you. It is because they are selfish, and wish their misery upon you. It kills the unsuccessful to see people succeed right in front of their faces. They want you back in the pod because it makes them feel better about themselves. They would rather see you fail then be alone in their lack of action.

I urge you…..do not become part of the pod of suicidal crabs. Find a way out of that pod and then reach back in and help as many who are willing to get out as well. Do not listen to those who would belittle your ambitions and your dreams, they are the ones that are trying to crawl on your back to pull you back down. Know where you are and where you deserve to be in life, in finances and in your family. Only a few crabs will ever escape from the crab pod. Let that one be you!
