The four W’s of this business!

February 16th, 2007

I am here to help those who can help themselves. I am not here to carry the world on my shoulders and hold hands with needy people. We all have needs. But what separates the ones that get what they need and the ones that don’t, is will power to do so. I only mentor leaders and in the process of looking for the great ones, I have to sort through the ones that aren’t willing to make decisions or who aren’t ready.

There is a saying and is known as the four W’s. Some Will, some Won’t, so What, someone is Waiting. Not to say that I don’t care if someone is successful or unhappy. But I can not wait around until someone is ready to help themselves by moving forward in their lives with confidence and ambition. I present an opportunity to qualified individuals who are ready for a change. If you are reading through my website right now then something in your life, career, family, etc is not going as planned. Something needs to change or add to what you are currently doing. And you know what, you won’t make that change until you are so sick and tired. Sick of living a life of mediocrity.

So, if you feel you are a strong willed, ambitious leader, then you deserve to take a look at this business, get started and begin living a life of abundance and prosperity.

Are you a victim or a creator?

February 2nd, 2007

Before I became involved in the Personal Development industry I was associated with a very negative industry. For any of you who have been involved in the glass industry, you know it is very tense and not so positive. It seemed like everyone was a victim of something.

I used to drive a van. I used to make a wage. I had a boss that told me what to do every day and when to do it. I wore the same green shirt everyday with my brand on it, which was the name of the company I worked for. I was broke, living paycheck to paycheck, and going no where fast.

Are you a victim or a creator?

I personally know people in business that have failed. Not just in business but in other things in life. Whether it be in business or other areas, they continue to whine and bicker about what happened to them. They are a victim. When I say victim, things just keep happening to them and they can’t figure out why it continues. If you are a victim, instead of taking responsibility for your own results in life, you point the finger outward to find someone or something to blame for your failures. My advice is when something goes wrong, look in a mirror.

You know what, it doesn’t matter what your past is or what level of success you have had. The only thing that matters is what life is all about after the brand you wore. What will life be like for you in the future. Instead of being a victim, become a creator. Today is yours! You own today. You owned yesterday and still do. You own tomorrow and every day after that and what you make of it is up to you. Your Boss has no control over something that you own. So make a decision today to become a creator of your own future and take ownership in that. We all possess this Godlike attribute. It is a divine gift given to be used. Take it and create tomorrow for you and your life will never be the same.

#2 of the top 10 steps to success

November 12th, 2006

I absolutely believe that there is a lot to be said about will-power and the willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful. Will-power can turn someone into a ball of fire that can overcome and penetrate any obstacle that lies in it’s path. It is fueled by your “Why.” I’ve already established that having a “why” behind your dreams and ambitions is like the fuel in your tank. It is the reason! If your why is strong enough, then what are you willing to do for success. What are you willing to sacrifice for it?

Let’s put it this way. When it comes to purchasing a home, the average mortgage is a 30 year loan. Now, for me that is obsurd. It would absolutely kill me if I had to pay on something for that amount of time. I would be old and grey by then and wouldn’t be able to enjoy it . I built my first home with my own two hands with the help of family. An opportunity came up to use the equity in order to build another home to sell, thus getting closer to my goal of financial freedom. The risk: I could lose the home I worked so hard to build. To me, it was worth the risk of losing the home to have it paid off in less than 3-5 years. I mean, it is just a house. If I was to lose it, I would just build another and do it all over again. I was willing to lose my home in order to achieve my goal of financial freedom.

I have several people that are very close to me that will end up spending the rest of their lives in debt and struggling due to their unwillingness to take a risk for success. They would rather soccumb to fear, and doubt in their abilities to make things happen. Things are just things. You must be willing to sacrifice it all. If you aren’t, then your “why” isn’t strong enough. You don’t want it bad enough.

You must also be willing to sacrifice the belief system that has not produced your desired results in life. Finding and letting go of those beliefs can and may be very difficult. It means changing your daily routine, getting out of your comfort zone, thinking outside of the box, doing what it takes in your personal life to obtain results, giving up relationships that may hinder you and destroy your morale.

I am a personal mentor and business coach for individuals that possess this kind of willingness to have success, wealth and abundance, and prosperity in their lives. I have the vehicle if you have the willingness to do what it takes to live the lifestyle of your dreams. Be willing to do whatever it takes.

#1 of the top 10 steps to success

Have you ever had anyone ask you what your “WHY” is? Have you ever wanted something so bad that you had a burning inside that yearned for it? A burning desire to get it no matter what it took? Somewhere behind that burning desire was your why. Why did you want what you were after? What caused the drive in you to succeed? Did you get what you were after? Was your desire strong enough?

I am a network marketer. I absolutely love what I do. I assist others in obtaining a lifestyle of prosperity and abundance. That alone is fulfilling and I take pride in it. But it isn’t enough. I have a deeper why within. I have a burning desire to be successful for a reason. Initially most people come looking for an opportunity to make a ton of money. They are looking for that legitimate home based business to increase their income. But I can tell you…that is not enough. When you make the money then what will you do? There has to be a reason you want success to come your way. What is that reason? Why do you want to become successful?

In the past year and a half I have come from living in a 2 bedroom apartment, driving an extended cab Nissan Frontier, working for a glass company, to owning two homes in a very prestigious community, driving an H2, going on a vacation every month and absolutely loving my life. And yeah, of course I started this business for the money – you should have seen my personal financial statement! But I wanted money for another reason. My why was and is my family. I wanted and desired to be apart of their lives. I wanted more money so that I would be able to enjoy life and give my family what I never had. They deserve to have a life of abundance and I will be the one to give that to them. My choices are no longer governed by a boss or a job. I am the maker of my own future and can make as much money as I choose to.

This business is a desire driven business as is much of entrepreneurship. Do you have enough desire to make your dreams come true? When it comes down to making important decisions is your why strong enough to give you courage and discernment? That is what it comes down to and I think is the first step to obtaining success. Your why is your fuel. When you run out of it, you are dead on the side of the road and everyone else with a full tank will pass right on by. If your “WHY” is strong enough……you can accomplish anything you desire!

Commit Yourself and you will have Success

October 31st, 2006

Many people take on so many tasks that they actually over commit so they can truly never commit to any of them.

I’ve seen so many people attempt to do three or four entrepreneurial endeavors at one time, and then say, “I’m creating multiple streams of income.”

When someone makes that statement, they’re usually not making any money in any of their four ventures. There’s nothing wrong with having multiple streams of income, but it’s best to master one trait or one business first.

So many people do this unconsciously as a method of self-sabotage, so they can never actually succeed. These people set themselves up to fail, knowing that if they take on more than they can handle, they will never succeed. This is called a fear of success.

Ask yourself, “What can I actually let go of in my life?” Ask yourself, “What will I remove from my life, my garage, my office, and my file cabinet?” When you do this, you start to create space in the Universe for more flow to come in.

When you have all the doors blocked, it’s hard for prosperity, abundance and the right people to find you, because telepathically the message you are sending is, “I am a chaos addict; I am attracted to the drama; I am attracted to the struggle.”

The opposite is, “Struggleaholic no more: I am dropping the drama.”

What drama are you willing to drop?

What chaos are you willing to release yourself from after reading this?

The reason most people have challenges changing is that if they change, they would be ending an era. That’s why so many people hold onto their past.

What you have to do is change your perception, because growth without risk is no growth. There is no reward without any risk, and to take any risk you’re going to face adverse situations.

You’re going to have to handle challenges in the moment, and sometimes you’ll have to change how you’ve been changing. Change is good. It’s not just inevitable.

Sometimes you change and you don’t even know you’ve changed. This is when the internal communication changes and the compounded effects start to take place.
This is when you really are becoming the leader people are looking for, having that belief, that sense of certainty, knowing that you have a strong conviction, a strong will.

There is no such thing as luck. You have to be able to go where no man has gone.

You have to be able to create the breakthroughs. You have to feel in your heart.
You have to know.
You have to trust.
You have to believe.
You have to see.
You have to have a heartfelt centered vision of where you’re going, what you’re becoming and what you’ll do.

When you can operate from a sense of passion, you’re radiating from your heart. You’re sending the message, “Become a part of what I’m doing.” That, my friends, is when people want to be a part of what you are, because you are coming from you heart, not your head.
