How to get results! Why does doing the easy things matter?

January 22nd, 2008

Why, if you take a look at people who were all exposed to the same things in life, do they all have different results? You will find that some of them are now very successful, some of them are mildly successful and some have not experienced any level of success. What is the difference between the person and the result if they were all exposed to the same opportunities? Why does one person have success while the others will never experience that level of accomplishment?

Some people have success while others don’t because the successful one made the simple choice to do the easy things in life while the other found in easy not to do those things. The successful person read those personal development books while it was easy for the other person to not read those books. The successful person did what he was supposed to be doing out of integrity while the other person found it easy to lie a little and cheat. The successful person decided to apply simple practices into his life such as mediation, goal setting and visualization while the other person decided to watch TV. You see, these are all simple things, but yet so easy to not do. The list can go on!

Chances are, the unsuccessful person knows that he should be doing more with his life than what he is doing, but fails to take action and do them. “Not doing the things we know we should do causes us to feel guilty and guilt leads to an erosion of self-confidence. As our self-confidence diminishes, so does the level of our activity. And as our activity diminishes, our results inevitably decline. And as our results suffer, our attitude begins to weaken. And as our attitude begins the slow shift from positive to negative, our self-confidence diminishes even more… and on and on it goes.” -Jim Rohn.

So you see, do what you know you should be doing. It has a greater effect on your results than you truly realize.

Have a Happy and Prosperous New Year!

January 1st, 2008

Just a quick post to wish everyone a happy new year and assume that everyone had a blast last night! We spent the evening at the movie theater with just our family watching Alvin and the Chipmunks. Our kids barely made it through the movie and were passed out in the car before we were 5 minutes down the road. Slackers! No discipline. We had about 45minutes to wait once we arrived home, kissed each other and went to bed at aroun 12:30am. The important part, is that I have not worked since the Friday before Christmas eve. Through the holidays I have seen fathers and mothers alike having to go back to work during the holidays. I am just grateful that I have the option to choose for myself, being self-employed, whether or not to work. It is a great freedom that I will never take for granted.

So with this new year here, it important to set some lofty goals for myself and for my family. Of course, my goal is to make seven-figures by this time 2009. I intend on assisting as many like-minded entrepreneurs in doing the same as well. I had great success last year, received an award, assisted many people in this business, but it will not hold a candle to this years results. If you are ready for wealth, abundance, and freedom in your life, jump on the train. I am going places in this business and am determined to assist as many people in board as I possible can.

So, enjoy the day and Happy New Year to you all!

The four W’s of this business!

February 16th, 2007

I am here to help those who can help themselves. I am not here to carry the world on my shoulders and hold hands with needy people. We all have needs. But what separates the ones that get what they need and the ones that don’t, is will power to do so. I only mentor leaders and in the process of looking for the great ones, I have to sort through the ones that aren’t willing to make decisions or who aren’t ready.

There is a saying and is known as the four W’s. Some Will, some Won’t, so What, someone is Waiting. Not to say that I don’t care if someone is successful or unhappy. But I can not wait around until someone is ready to help themselves by moving forward in their lives with confidence and ambition. I present an opportunity to qualified individuals who are ready for a change. If you are reading through my website right now then something in your life, career, family, etc is not going as planned. Something needs to change or add to what you are currently doing. And you know what, you won’t make that change until you are so sick and tired. Sick of living a life of mediocrity.

So, if you feel you are a strong willed, ambitious leader, then you deserve to take a look at this business, get started and begin living a life of abundance and prosperity.

Are you a victim or a creator?

February 2nd, 2007

Before I became involved in the Personal Development industry I was associated with a very negative industry. For any of you who have been involved in the glass industry, you know it is very tense and not so positive. It seemed like everyone was a victim of something.

I used to drive a van. I used to make a wage. I had a boss that told me what to do every day and when to do it. I wore the same green shirt everyday with my brand on it, which was the name of the company I worked for. I was broke, living paycheck to paycheck, and going no where fast.

Are you a victim or a creator?

I personally know people in business that have failed. Not just in business but in other things in life. Whether it be in business or other areas, they continue to whine and bicker about what happened to them. They are a victim. When I say victim, things just keep happening to them and they can’t figure out why it continues. If you are a victim, instead of taking responsibility for your own results in life, you point the finger outward to find someone or something to blame for your failures. My advice is when something goes wrong, look in a mirror.

You know what, it doesn’t matter what your past is or what level of success you have had. The only thing that matters is what life is all about after the brand you wore. What will life be like for you in the future. Instead of being a victim, become a creator. Today is yours! You own today. You owned yesterday and still do. You own tomorrow and every day after that and what you make of it is up to you. Your Boss has no control over something that you own. So make a decision today to become a creator of your own future and take ownership in that. We all possess this Godlike attribute. It is a divine gift given to be used. Take it and create tomorrow for you and your life will never be the same.

#2 of the top 10 steps to success

November 12th, 2006

I absolutely believe that there is a lot to be said about will-power and the willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful. Will-power can turn someone into a ball of fire that can overcome and penetrate any obstacle that lies in it’s path. It is fueled by your “Why.” I’ve already established that having a “why” behind your dreams and ambitions is like the fuel in your tank. It is the reason! If your why is strong enough, then what are you willing to do for success. What are you willing to sacrifice for it?

Let’s put it this way. When it comes to purchasing a home, the average mortgage is a 30 year loan. Now, for me that is obsurd. It would absolutely kill me if I had to pay on something for that amount of time. I would be old and grey by then and wouldn’t be able to enjoy it . I built my first home with my own two hands with the help of family. An opportunity came up to use the equity in order to build another home to sell, thus getting closer to my goal of financial freedom. The risk: I could lose the home I worked so hard to build. To me, it was worth the risk of losing the home to have it paid off in less than 3-5 years. I mean, it is just a house. If I was to lose it, I would just build another and do it all over again. I was willing to lose my home in order to achieve my goal of financial freedom.

I have several people that are very close to me that will end up spending the rest of their lives in debt and struggling due to their unwillingness to take a risk for success. They would rather soccumb to fear, and doubt in their abilities to make things happen. Things are just things. You must be willing to sacrifice it all. If you aren’t, then your “why” isn’t strong enough. You don’t want it bad enough.

You must also be willing to sacrifice the belief system that has not produced your desired results in life. Finding and letting go of those beliefs can and may be very difficult. It means changing your daily routine, getting out of your comfort zone, thinking outside of the box, doing what it takes in your personal life to obtain results, giving up relationships that may hinder you and destroy your morale.

I am a personal mentor and business coach for individuals that possess this kind of willingness to have success, wealth and abundance, and prosperity in their lives. I have the vehicle if you have the willingness to do what it takes to live the lifestyle of your dreams. Be willing to do whatever it takes.

Success is a journey and not a destination!

November 6th, 2006

Have you ever heard of the expression, “Success is a journey and not a destination.” For some it requires hard work and effort. For others it comes natural. How do you become a Successful Entrepreneur? Is there a business out there that can make the journey a little easier than the traditional way?

My name is David Allred and I am a very successful entrepreneur. I have discovered a way to work from home, as the CEO of my own Enterprise, only 3-4 hours a day, generate a massive income and enjoy a life of prosperity and abundance. I am proud to say that I am a network marketer. I am a wholesale distributor for a personal development company. I was taught this business by other self-made millionaires and in turn am able to teach this business to others. I am a personal mentor for those looking to become successful entrepreneurs and absolutely explode their income without having to sacrifice time or freedom.

This business is Direct Sales. I will teach you how to establish and maintain a successful home business using the same business model that I use. You will be able to experience life on a whole new playing field and will enjoy the benefits of being self-employed. If you have the spirit of a successful entrepreneur then this is a business for you. If you have the desire and ambition it takes to be successful, then you will. One of the steps to success is having a plan. How are you going to reach your goals? I have yet to find a business as lucrative and effortless as this one.

I would like to say that taking that step to becoming an entrepreneur is easy for everyone. It is so much easier to stay in that job or to stay in that comfort zone. That is your alternative. Do you want to work for someone your entire life or would you rather experience a life that you are the creator of. That is what entrepreneurship allows you to do. It allows you to be the author of your own book, the creator of your future. By working a job you will be able to do those things to an extent, but under someones else’s influence and direction. That someone else…would be called a boss.

Personally, the decision is obvious. Do you enjoy working 365 days a year for 2 weeks of vacation? Do you enjoy long work days and commutes? Are you getting paid what you feel you are worth and do you feel you are achieving your true potential? The middle class of America is getting smaller and smaller. Soon there will be the rich and the poor. Be part of the solution and become a successful entrepreneur. It is your responsibilty to become rich and to be an example for others. You deserve it!
