Life is Interesting

May 18th, 2010

EyeYou know what I have come to realize? Well, to be completely honest…not a whole lot. But I have learned a few things and these few things are what I live my life by. I hold some of the most simple concepts at a very high value as they have been the iron rod in my journey as a father, a husband and an entrepreneur. Life is already way too complex to allow complex rules guide it. It’s the simple things in life that bring true happiness for me.

Now, when I write about the simple things in life, I don’t mean the average things in life. That’s a completely different concept. Average does not mean simple. Think about it….most people are average. Some people are below average and even a smaller few are above average. So wherever the most people are, the most complexity exists. Average, however, isn’t interesting to me. It’s common, everyday and always happening. To be above average is interesting. It’s different and sporadic.

In the world we live in….the here and now, most people wake up at 6 am, get ready for the day, get their cup of coffee, drive to work and do the same things they always do at work. They do this everyday and wish for a better life, a more interesting life, full of passion and abundance. Yet, they do the same things, day in and day out and wonder why their results are not changing. We all know what the definition of insanity is. It’s just that. No matter how many times you try it, and in every possible variance, than square block is not fitting into that round hole.

You must create it. That’s the only way to get where you want to be in life. If you want to do the same thing every single day, do that….if it makes you happy. But keep it interesting. Follow your dreams regardless of the consequence. Most of us only have around 75 years to make an impact on the world. We cannot and must not think someone else will make that difference.

As the quote says, “You are the difference you wish to see in the world!” If something is interesting to you, that means you are enjoy it. If your life is not interesting, you are not enjoying it, you are not learning and you are definitely not making as much of an impact as you are capable of. And what you are capable of is directly related to what you THINK you are capable of. Think about it! Are you really making the difference you wish to see in the world by the daily actions you duplicate day in and day out? When you wake up at 6 am, get ready for work, drive there and engage in your daily activities, do you think to yourself as you send that fax or sell that product that you are fulfilling your purpose?

If the answer is no…..at that very moment, your life becomes just a little more interesting!

What Will Your Life Be Like?

March 31st, 2008

What will your life be like if you continue making decisions that same way you are currently making them? What will it be like in 2 years, 10 years, or even 30 years? Will you still be in that secure job of yours, headed towards that 20 or 30 year retirement? Or, will you be laid off? Will you have the financial security that you and your loved ones deserve? Will you be proud of what the last 10, 20 or 30 years have held for you or would you wish to have had more fun, taken more chances, made bigger, wiser decisions?

Never under estimate that power of a simple choice. The choice you make now to read this information is a choice that may or may not effect your life, depending directly to whether or not you decide to act upon this information. If I had not have acted on the information that we received about this unique business opportunity, I would still be doing what I hated. I would be making pennies, working for someone else, and wishing for more. The sad thing is that most people are in that exact same situation, but may not realize that a simple choice and the desire to change, is really all it takes. We decided to change our income and thus our life had increased in joy, abundance, income, friends, knowledge, and every other good thing that I can possibly think of.

So what are you sacrificing for the sake of comfort? Feels good to come home every day from that job or business and see the family for an hour or two just to do it all over again. What do you get from that? Benefits? Money? I’ll tell you what I got from my job. I got no money, no real time for my family, a life of struggle, the cow mentality (always following the herd), a two bedroom apartment, a broken down Dodge Dart, 36k a year and having to wait for a whole year to get a lousy $1 raise, one hour a day with my family…..oh, but I got benefits! I got Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance baby and a 401k! Wow! That makes it all worth it.

My advice, and take this from someone who has been there, the best thing you can do for your families future is to stop going to work. Stop going to that JOB! Make a simple choice to take control of your life and live to the fullest! Here I am sitting in Rome Italy while writing this article. I am living my life! I have no job to get back to and could just stay here and still work this business! Where could you be right now, if you were not at work, and had a choice?

The answer to that is simple……you’d be wherever you want to be. And the funny thing is…there is always a choice!

Have a Happy and Prosperous New Year!

January 1st, 2008

Just a quick post to wish everyone a happy new year and assume that everyone had a blast last night! We spent the evening at the movie theater with just our family watching Alvin and the Chipmunks. Our kids barely made it through the movie and were passed out in the car before we were 5 minutes down the road. Slackers! No discipline. We had about 45minutes to wait once we arrived home, kissed each other and went to bed at aroun 12:30am. The important part, is that I have not worked since the Friday before Christmas eve. Through the holidays I have seen fathers and mothers alike having to go back to work during the holidays. I am just grateful that I have the option to choose for myself, being self-employed, whether or not to work. It is a great freedom that I will never take for granted.

So with this new year here, it important to set some lofty goals for myself and for my family. Of course, my goal is to make seven-figures by this time 2009. I intend on assisting as many like-minded entrepreneurs in doing the same as well. I had great success last year, received an award, assisted many people in this business, but it will not hold a candle to this years results. If you are ready for wealth, abundance, and freedom in your life, jump on the train. I am going places in this business and am determined to assist as many people in board as I possible can.

So, enjoy the day and Happy New Year to you all!

Cadillac Escalade or Hummer H2!

November 11th, 2007

My wife is starting to get the itch for a change. Usually what that means is that she wants a new car. So, she has really been eyeing the Cadillac Escalade. The car we drive now is a Hummer H2. We have had the H2 for over a year now and we love it. It does awesome in the snow, goes off-road and up mountains perfectly, has a ton of room, entertainment package for the kids, and is just a great vehicle.

Now, the Escalade, in my opinion, is a city car. You wouldn’t really want to take it off-road. It seems too fancy. Don’t get me wrong, it looks great! To me it feels like a glorified car. It is not a man’s vehicle if you know what I mean. I don’t know, I guess we will have to go test drive it to find out what it feels like on the road. I know this one thing, our H2 gets about 13 mpg where the Escalade would get around 18 mpg. That is a good thing I guess. What do you guys think? Any advice or suggestions?

What is possible? Do you deserve wealth and abundance?

October 16th, 2006

The answer to those questions is very simple, ANYTHING and YES!

Do you remember back when we were kids and we had the biggest imaginations. I wanted to grow up to either be an astronaut or a point guard in the NBA. In my mind, anything was possible as long as I could think it up. In my mind I was already there. I just lacked about 3 feet in height.

What happens to some people from the time they were a kid to the point where they lost their imagination and stopped dreaming. Every once in a while I talk with individuals who don’t even have a financial goal. They have no idea how much money they would like to make or what they want out of life. They have lost their imagination. They have sacrificed their dreams and their ambitions on the alter and have submitted to living someone else’s dreams. If you are working for someone else then you have experienced a taste of what I am talking about. Instead of having your own imagination and your own creativity for your life, it has been directed towards something else. Just as I have said in another post, we are all in some state of hypnosis. Especially if you are living someone elses dreams. You submit your time and freedom, your life.

There is a world of abundance for the taking. If you desire wealth, go get it. It is all yours for the taking. If you desire more time, make it happen. It is as simple as a thought, followed by some action. Whatever life you desire, you can have. That’s what it all comes down to is desire and a little bit of imagination. Live the life you desire and dream of.

There are fortunes being made in this business by working only 3-4 hrs a day. This is such a simple business plan that pays over and over again for consistency and ambition. I love seeing how this business and it’s products continues to transform lives.

Just two years ago I was living in a two bedroom apartment, working a job and getting further and further behind every paycheck. My account balance was in reverse instead of drive. As the saying goes, I have changed my stars. I now enjoy total freedom. I have the life I know I deserve and help others to obtain prosperity and abundance in theirs as well.

To sum it up……..Be a dreamer, because anything is possible!
